Building LADbible’s YouTube From The Ground Up

What works on social doesn’t just translate to YouTube - it needs intent, structure and a reason to watch. 

So we defined a clear role for LADbible Australia on the platform, shaping the strategy, tone and storytelling from the ground up.

The channel was built around three pillars: Escapism (pure entertainment), Autobiographical (raw, human stories) and In The Field (exploring people and places). Simple, distinct lanes that gave the team direction without boxing them in. Paired with a clear voice and internal rollout, it became something teams could consistently execute against.

The result: a scalable local YouTube foundation that turned content into a channel with purpose, built for long-term growth.
